PETERSBURG – Senior Pastor Wenda McLean and her husband, Executive Pastor Victor McLean are hosting a family and friends community outreach event at the Greater Works Christian Center.
The event will be held on August 13, from noon to 4 p.m. at 3951 S. Crater Road.
The church will be handing out backpacks and 100 free bags of back-to-school supplies in a bid to help provide support to families in the Tri-Cities area.
“Every bit helps as a parent,” Wendy McLean said. “We just want to be a blessing.”
Everyone is invited to take advantage of this opportunity and enjoy time with their families and friends. There will be music, food, vendors, and inflatable bounce houses for children.
