Gary Maclean, Scotland’s National Chef
After winning MasterChef: The Professionals in 2016, Gary Maclean will be the first to wear the Scottish government’s new crown. His job is to celebrate Scottish produce and teach how to make the most of locally-sourced, healthy, sustainable and affordable food. Gary will continue in his role as Senior Lecturer at the City of Glasgow College as he takes on his new role.
