You can own a piece of Maclean history. A few years ago, the old doors from the entrance to Duart Castle were replaced. The tearoom commissioned Mark Alecock, a Mull-based artisan furniture designer and restorer (meafurniture.co.uk), to create something special with them. Now the Tearoom has a beautiful new coffee table.
There is plenty of original material for another commission or two, so if you’d like your own coffee table (or have another idea), please contact us via email at manager@duartcastle.com or tearoom@duartcastle.com. All proceeds will go directly to the Duart Castle Restoration Fund.
